Through physical practice, mindful movement nurtures flexibility and freedom of movement and helps to build healthy bodies and minds. Classes are taught in a creative, long and non-competitive way which encourages and helps find peace and self worth.

It gives adults and kids a chance to explore being in their bodies and discover the spectrum of amazing things we can do and are capable of. It is also a chance for parents and children to have fun quality bonding time together and learn techniques that could be used at home.

At Al Madina we work to provide a safe and comfortable environment for women and girls to feel encouraged to partake in exercise for the mind and body. A place where women can practice yoga without any worries and benefit from the many health and wellbeing advantages yoga brings.
