Yoga focuses on your body’s natural tendency towards health and self-healing. It’s purpose is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. While there are many types of yoga, most sessions typically include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures that stretch and flex various muscle groups.

For 7 years now our ladies’ yoga circle has met twice a week and continues to flourish and grow.
